We prepare customer-selected divorce documents using the information and decisions the customer provides. We can also provide filing instructions and administrative process support.
Is Coastal Doc Prep a law firm?
No. Coastal Doc Prep is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, court representation, or guaranteed outcomes.
Can you tell me which legal option or form I should choose?
We can explain our available document-preparation packages, but customers are responsible for selecting their legal path and forms. A licensed attorney or court self-help resource can assist with legal questions.

PRICING AND PRIVACY
Before You Begin

How much do services cost?
Simplified uncontested divorce preparation starts at $500. Other uncontested packages currently start at $750 or $1,200 depending on the type and complexity of the paperwork. All prices are starting prices.
What should I include in my inquiry?
Provide brief contact information, the type of document-preparation help you are requesting, and general case basics. Do not include Social Security numbers, full account numbers, IDs, documents, or sensitive court details.
Are my personal details kept confidential?
We limit public-form requests to the information needed for an initial response. Please follow the sensitive-data warning and avoid submitting private documents or full identifying numbers.
